What's Wrong with Yoga? Nothing, As Long As You Consider These Essential Principles!

Yoga has gained immense popularity for its myriad health benefits, both physical and mental. However, like any practice, it's crucial to approach it with the right mindset and understanding to avoid potential pitfalls. Let's explore the essence of yoga and discover the key principles that, when overlooked, might lead to less-than-optimal results.
  1. The Alkaline Environment: A Foundation for Flexibility: In the world of yoga, it's not just about striking a pose; it's about creating an environment conducive to flexibility and joint health. The ancient yogis understood the importance of an alkaline body for optimal muscle stretching. An acidic environment can hinder your progress, potentially misplacing joints and causing inflammation. So, before you dive into your downward dog, consider tweaking your diet to support that alkaline balance.
  2. Healing the Ego: Yoga is not just a physical exercise; it's a journey of self-discovery and humility. The second rule emphasizes the importance of healing the ego. A healthy ego recognizes its place in the grand scheme of things, while an unhealthy one is self-centered and driven by personal desires. Before hitting the mat, ask yourself: Am I here to compete, or am I embracing this practice to deepen my connection with the wholeness of existence?
  3. Beyond Muscles: Stretching Meridians and Energy Flow: Traditional yoga wasn't just about physical postures; it was a holistic approach to energy alignment. Understanding the meridians, the energy pathways in your body, is vital for creating a healthy energy body and aura. The focus was on unblocking energy, not just stretching muscles. So, before you jump into a headstand, take a moment to consider the energetic benefits of your practice.
Conclusion:
In the world of yoga, it's not about what's wrong but rather about understanding the ancient wisdom that guides this practice. By embracing the foundational principles of an alkaline body, a healed ego, and a focus on energy flow, you can enhance your yoga journey. So, the next time you roll out your yoga mat, remember that it's not just about the physical postures; it's about cultivating a balanced and harmonious union of mind, body, and spirit. Happy stretching!

Does this happen to you too: You're overjoyed at the thought of Christmas—festive decorations, heartwarming gatherings, and the promise of joyous moments. Yet, there's a subtle internal conflict nagging at you. It's that age-old dilemma: I love Christmas, but... what about the inevitable abundance of food and desserts? The chocolates, the cakes, the cookies—oh my! What will happen to my carefully maintained figure? How do I avoid losing my way in the maze of holiday indulgence?
If you find yourself wrestling with these questions, you're not alone. Many of us experience this emotional tug-of-war as Christmas approaches. But fear not! In this exploration, we'll delve into how to make your Christmas not just merry but healthier too. Today, let's unravel the secrets of crafting desserts that are both indulgent and aligned with a healthy, vegan lifestyle.

Vegan Chocolate Mousse:
  • Let's start with a classic favorite—chocolate mousse. Replace traditional ingredients like eggs and heavy cream with plant-based alternatives. Avocado and coconut milk can work wonders, creating a velvety texture that rivals the original. Sweetened with maple syrup or agave nectar, this vegan chocolate mousse will leave your taste buds singing.
Gluten-Free Almond Cookies:
  • Swap out regular flour for almond flour to create delicious gluten-free almond cookies. These cookies are not only a healthier alternative, but they also bring a delightful nuttiness to the table. Sweetened with coconut sugar or dates, they are the perfect guilt-free pleasure for your holiday cookie jar.
Raw Berry Cheesecake:
  • Say goodbye to the guilt associated with traditional cheesecakes. A raw berry cheesecake made with a nut and date crust, and a creamy cashew-based filling, is a showstopper. Bursting with the vibrant colors and flavors of fresh berries, this dessert is both visually stunning and incredibly nutritious.
Chia Seed Pudding Parfait:
  • For a lighter option, consider a chia seed pudding parfait. Layered with seasonal fruits and topped with a dollop of coconut whipped cream, this dessert is a delightful blend of textures and flavors. Chia seeds provide a healthy dose of omega-3 fatty acids and fiber, making it a guilt-free treat.
Cinnamon Baked Apples:
  • Sometimes, simplicity is the key to a healthy dessert. Try cinnamon baked apples for a warm and comforting treat. Core and slice apples, sprinkle them with cinnamon, and bake until tender. Top with a drizzle of pure maple syrup and a sprinkle of chopped nuts for a wholesome and delicious dessert.
  • and this are my favorites:
Oat and Dry Fruit Energy Bites

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped mixed dry fruits (dates, figs, apricots, raisins, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or any nut butter of your choice
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • A pinch of salt
  •
Instructions:
  1. Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a food processor, combine the rolled oats, chopped dry fruits, and a pinch of salt. Pulse until the mixture has a coarse texture.
  2. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, warm the almond butter (or nut butter) and honey (or maple syrup) until they are easily mixable. Add vanilla extract and cinnamon, if using. Stir until well combined.
  3. Mix Everything Together: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients in the food processor. Pulse until the mixture starts to come together. It should have a sticky consistency.
  4. Form Bites: Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls using your hands. If the mixture is too sticky, you can wet your hands slightly to make the rolling process easier.
  5. Chill: Place the energy bites on a parchment-lined tray and let them chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This helps them set and firm up.
  6. Enjoy: Once chilled, your Oat and Dry Fruit Energy Bites are ready to be enjoyed! Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a longer shelf life.
These little energy bites are not only a delightful treat but also packed with the goodness of oats and a variety of dry fruits. Perfect for a quick energy boost during the busy holiday season!

Conclusion:
This Christmas, indulge in the spirit of the season without compromising your commitment to a healthier lifestyle. By incorporating these vegan and healthier dessert alternatives, you can savor the sweetness of the holidays without the guilt that often follows traditional indulgences. Experiment with these recipes, get creative in the kitchen, and enjoy a Christmas that nourishes both your soul and your body. Cheers to a Healthy Christmas!

Have you ever wished you could think away a headache, back pain, or tension, and experience relief at the power of your own mind? Perhaps you've already discovered the potential of controlling your physical and emotional well-being through the remarkable influence of your thoughts.
Imagine a life where you can harness the power of your imagination and focus to not only reduce but eliminate physical and emotional discomfort. It's a journey I've personally traveled, and one that has reshaped my entire approach to well-being.

My Story:
Allow me to share a glimpse of my journey with you. Diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and given a prognosis with a limited life expectancy, I embarked on a quest for healing. Drawing inspiration from ancient traditions such as Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Tibetan Medicine, and integrating these with Western medicine, I not only survived but thrived.
Today, I stand as a living testament to the incredible impact of holistic practices on health and happiness. I've made it my mission to share the knowledge gained from my journey and support others in their pursuit of thriving.

Why do I love it so much using Tibetan Medicine in my work?
In the mystical realms of Tibetan medicine, a profound understanding of the interconnectedness between mind, body, and spirit has given rise to extraordinary healing practices. At the heart of this ancient tradition lies the belief in the innate power of the mind and imagination to influence the physical and emotional well-being of individuals. Drawing on centuries-old wisdom, Tibetan medicine incorporates mind-over-matter methods that harness the healing potential within us.
The Mind-Body Connection:
Tibetan medicine, also known as Sowa Rigpa, views the human being as a holistic entity where mental and emotional states directly impact physical health. The mind and body are seen as intricately linked, and disturbances in one can manifest in the other. This holistic perspective has paved the way for unique healing approaches that emphasize the role of the mind in maintaining overall well-being.
Healing Symbols and Imagery:
Central to Tibetan medicine is the use of healing symbols and imagery as powerful tools to influence the mind. These symbols, often intricate and steeped in spiritual significance, serve as conduits for channeling positive energy and promoting mental harmony. Through focused meditation and visualization, individuals can tap into the profound potential of their minds, creating a mental landscape that fosters healing and balance.
Imagination as a Catalyst for Spontaneous Healing:
In the realm of Tibetan medicine, the imagination is regarded as a potent force capable of sparking spontaneous healing. Rituals and practices involve invoking the mind's creative powers to envision a state of perfect health. This imaginative process is believed to send positive signals to the body, initiating a cascade of physiological responses that contribute to healing.
Rituals and Ceremonies:
Tibetan medicine places great emphasis on rituals and ceremonies as transformative experiences that engage the mind in the healing process. From chanting mantras to performing sacred dances, these rituals are designed to align the mind, body, and spirit. The collective energy generated in these ceremonies is thought to have a profound impact on individual well-being.
The Intersection of Modern Science and Ancient Wisdom:
As interest in holistic healing grows, the practices of Tibetan medicine have garnered attention from modern science. Researchers are exploring the neurobiological mechanisms that underlie the mind's influence on the body, shedding light on the validity of these ancient practices. The intersection of traditional wisdom and scientific inquiry opens doors to new possibilities in integrative medicine.
Conclusion:
The power of the mind and imagination in Tibetan medicine is a testament to the profound relationship between our mental state and physical well-being. As we delve into the depths of our consciousness, we discover the remarkable ability to catalyze healing through symbols, imagery, and ritual. In the synthesis of ancient wisdom and contemporary understanding, the journey towards holistic health takes on new dimensions, inviting us to explore the untapped potential within the recesses of our minds.

Unveiling the Quantum Symphony of our Energetic Selves

11/26/2023

Picture
In the tapestry of existence, our bodies are not merely flesh and bone; they are intricately woven patterns of energy. As we embark on the journey of understanding and controlling this energy—this bearer of information—we unlock the keys to crafting a life abundant in health and happiness, not only for ourselves but for the collective human experience.

1. Energy Basics:
Our bodies are made up of tiny particles like atoms and subatomic particles. In the realm of quantum physics, these particles exhibit both particle and wave-like behavior. This duality introduces the concept that everything, at its core, is energy.
2. Vibrations and Frequencies:
At the quantum level, particles vibrate and have frequencies. Similarly, our bodies have a vibrational frequency. Think of it like the strings of a guitar. When plucked, each string produces a unique sound. In the quantum world, our "strings" vibrate, creating our unique energetic signature.
3. Quantum Entanglement:
Quantum physics introduces the idea of entanglement, where particles become connected and can influence each other, regardless of distance. In our bodies, this could explain the interconnectedness of various systems. One part affecting another, like a complex dance of intertwined energies.
4. Observer Effect:
According to quantum physics, the act of observation can influence the behavior of particles. In our lives, this could relate to the power of our thoughts and intentions, suggesting that our consciousness plays a role in shaping our energy.
5. Energy Centers (Chakras):
In many ancient traditions, including Ayurveda and Chinese medicine, there's a belief in energy centers or "chakras" within the body. Quantum physics doesn't directly mention chakras, but the idea of concentrated energy points aligns with the concept that certain areas of our bodies might have unique energetic characteristics.
6. Quantum Field:
Quantum Field Theory posits that the universe is filled with various fields, including an energy field. This field could be seen as the canvas upon which the dance of particles and energies unfolds. In our bodies, this field could be synonymous with our overall energetic state.
Conclusion:
While not everyone might fully grasp the complexities of quantum physics, the basic idea is that our bodies, at the tiniest level, are energetic. The vibrations, interconnectedness, and influence of consciousness on this energy could be the bridge between ancient practices and modern scientific understanding, highlighting the importance of delving into the anatomy and physiology of our energetic selves. Understanding this connection might open doors to new perspectives on health, wellness, and the intricate dance of energy that constitutes our being.

Did you ever wonder where the river of life would take you if you could simply trust and relax? In the relentless current of our daily existence, navigating through the twists and turns, it's easy to be consumed by fears and uncertainties. What if, for a moment, you could release those burdens and truly believe that life is not an adversary but a companion, working tirelessly to lead you towards your best self? This article is a journey into the profound benefits of attaining a high vibrational state of mind, embracing quietness, and letting go to rediscover trust in the flow of life.

Benefits of a High Vibrational State of Mind:
  • Enhanced Well-Being: Adopting a positive and high vibrational mindset can significantly contribute to overall well-being. Studies suggest that a positive outlook can lead to better physical health, reduced stress, and improved immune function.
  • Increased Resilience: When you cultivate a high vibrational state of mind, you become more resilient in the face of challenges. Instead of being overwhelmed by difficulties, you develop a mindset that sees obstacles as opportunities for growth.
  • Attracting Positivity: Like attracts like. A high vibrational state of mind has the power to attract positive experiences and people into your life. By letting go of negativity, you create space for abundance and joy.

Embracing Quietness and Relaxation:
To attain this elevated state of mind, it's crucial to embrace quietness and relaxation. Here are some beneficial exercises to help you relax your mind and rebuild trust in life:
  • Mindful Meditation: Set aside a few minutes each day for mindfulness meditation. Focus on your breath, allowing yourself to let go of intrusive thoughts. This practice can bring about a sense of inner peace and clarity.
  • Nature Walks: Spend time in nature to reconnect with the beauty and simplicity of the world around you. Whether it's a stroll in the park or a hike in the mountains, nature has a remarkable ability to soothe the mind and rejuvenate the spirit.
  • Journaling: Take a few moments each day to jot down your thoughts and feelings. Reflecting on your experiences can help you gain perspective, identify patterns, and release pent-up emotions.
  • Deep Breathing Exercises: Practice deep breathing to activate your body's relaxation response. Inhale deeply through your nose, hold for a few seconds, and exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat this process to calm the nervous system and reduce stress.
  • Digital Detox: Unplug from electronic devices periodically. Create sacred spaces of time where you disconnect from the constant stream of information. This will allow your mind to rest and rejuvenate.
Conclusion:
Letting go and relaxing are not signs of weakness but rather expressions of strength and trust in the unfolding journey of life. By cultivating a high vibrational state of mind and embracing quietness, you can navigate the river of life with grace and openness. Take the time to release your fears, quiet your mind, and rediscover the inherent beauty of a life that is, indeed, working in your favor.

🌟 Why we call this time a new time 🌟
In the tapestry of human existence, there are moments when the threads of change weave together to create a pattern distinct from the past—a new time. We find ourselves in such a transformative era, marked by unprecedented technological advancements, cultural shifts, and a deeper exploration of the mysteries of consciousness. So, why do we call this time "new," and what does it mean for our journey toward well-being?
In this age of rapid change, our understanding of reality is expanding beyond the confines of the conventional senses. We are delving into the realms of consciousness, questioning the boundaries of the mind, and seeking new ways to cultivate holistic health. One intriguing aspect gaining attention is Extra Sensory Perception (ESP), a term that encompasses abilities beyond our traditional five senses.
While the scientific community may approach ESP with skepticism, the interest in exploring consciousness beyond the ordinary is undeniably growing. In this pursuit, we encounter discussions on Quantum Medicine, alternative healing, and the flow of energy within the body—a fascinating exploration that aligns with the spirit of this new time.
💫 Quantum Medicine and the Mind-Body Connection 💫
Quantum Medicine bridges the gap between science and spirituality, acknowledging the intricate dance between energy and matter. It invites us to consider the interconnectedness of mind and body, suggesting that our thoughts and emotions influence our overall well-being. By embracing this paradigm, we open ourselves to the possibility of a deeper understanding of health—one that goes beyond the physical and incorporates the vibrational essence of our existence.
🌿 Alternative Healing and the Holistic Approach 🌿
The new time encourages us to explore alternative healing modalities that view the individual as a whole—mind, body, and spirit. From ancient practices like acupuncture and Ayurveda to modern approaches such as energy healing and mindfulness, these methods recognize the intricate interplay of elements that contribute to our well-being. By embracing holistic approaches, we embark on a journey of self-discovery and balance that transcends the limitations of conventional medicine.

Consider the body as a vessel of energy, a dynamic system where the ebb and flow of vitality contribute to our overall health. Practices like yoga, Tai Chi, and Reiki tap into this energy flow, fostering harmony within. As we pay attention to our body's energy, we become attuned to the subtle rhythms that govern our existence, unlocking the potential for healing and well-being on a profound level.
In this new time, let us embrace the beauty of exploration—of consciousness, quantum medicine, alternative healing, and the intricate dance of energy within. By doing so, we embark on a journey of self-discovery, wellness, and transformation that aligns with the spirit of this extraordinary era.

"Rise and Radiate" Morning Ritual for your transformational journey

Good morning! I have an exciting opportunity for you that will transform your mornings and infuse them with gratitude, energy, and purpose. I invite you to join me in a 25-minute morning ritual that will nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
  • Start your morning ritual by waking up with gratitude. As you open your eyes and rise from your sleep, take a moment to reflect on the blessings in your life. Cultivate a sincere sense of appreciation for the gift of a new day, the opportunities that lie ahead, and the simple joys that surround you. Express gratitude for the present moment and set an intention to carry this gratitude throughout your day.
  • After acknowledging the abundance in your life, indulge in a simple stretching routine. Just like a cat stretching and preparing for its day, allow your body to gently awaken. Feel the muscles lengthen and relax as you breathe deeply. This will help increase your flexibility, promote blood circulation, and invigorate your senses.
  • Following the stretching, let's dive into an invigorating physical mini-workshop. Incorporate dynamic movements like jumping jacks, high knees, or skiing movements to get your heart rate up and awaken your body's natural energy. This will leave you feeling refreshed, alert, and ready to seize the day.
  • After the mini-workshop, let's take a moment to nourish our bodies from within. Drink a glass of warm water slowly, allowing it to hydrate and rejuvenate you from the inside out. Feel the warmth coursing through your body, replenishing and revitalizing you for the day ahead.
  • Afterward, let's immerse ourselves in the beauty of Falun Dafa. Choose one exercise from the Falun Dafa practice each day to embrace. This ancient Chinese discipline combines graceful movements with profound spiritual principles. By incorporating different exercises, you will experience physical harmony, mental clarity, and emotional balance on a daily basis.
  • Finally, let's conclude our morning ritual with a powerful visualization exercise. Take a few moments to visualize yourself walking through the day. See yourself as powerful, energized, focused, and effective in everything you do. Picture yourself accomplishing your tasks with ease and grace, radiating confidence and positivity. This visualization will set a positive intention for the day and help you align your actions and mindset accordingly.

By dedicating 25 minutes each morning to this transformative ritual, you will awaken your energy, increase your mental clarity, nourish your soul, and empower yourself to create an extraordinary day. This powerful practice will set the stage for a fulfilling and successful day, where you can harness your potential and make a positive impact.

I am genuinely excited to extend this invitation to you and encourage you to embark on this empowering journey of gratitude, movement, and visualization. Are you open to embracing this 25-minute morning ritual?

Picture

Before sunrise, dig out a 1 m tall banana tree together with the roots. Leave some soil on the roots. (Ask first the collective consciousness of plants for permission and show gratitude)
Chop the tree with leaves and roots with some soil in small slices. Put it in a big container with a lid. To 50 kg chopped banana add 5 l Molasses (you can also use Raw Cane Sugar but it is more expensive). Cover it with a light cotton fabric and put the lid on the top but don’t seal it. Stir every day. Leave it for 2 weeks. It can stay for 6 weeks but not longer.
Use 2 Table Spoon for 20 L water.

Every time before you plant something, cover the soil with dry leaves and spray EM on it. Leave for 2 weeks. "Weeds" will turn into an amazing fertilizer!
Use it for compost by watering the compost pile with Banana EM - your compost will be done instead of 3 month  in 45 days. With the Termites EM in 25 days.
You can spray the plants before they get fruits to make the immune system of the plant much stronger.

Make your own vinegar from the star fruits
5 kg chopped star fruits, 3 kg brown sugar or better molasses and 3 L water mix together, put in a container, close it but don’t seal it for 6 month till 1 year.
It is good for cracked heels, fungus in the nails and for washing cloth.
